When we came out to this project for the initial site inspection, the lady was unhappy with the condition of her recently coated entertaining area by another contractor. The cheap products and workmanship that the other contractor used did not last 1 year.

The elder lady was a very proud homeowner and spent most of her time in the garden or out the back feeding the birds so this area was really important to her and the state it was in, she couldn’t stand to look at it.

After we completed the initial site inspection, we gave her a clear understanding of what we could do to ensure that she got a finished product that she can be proud of.

We used our diamond grinder to remove the existing paint and then we filled in the holes and cracks. We applied a 3 coat epoxy flake flooring system as promised.

The customer was holding back her tears of joy when we handed the floor back over to her. What a great result!
