A High-Performance Pipeline Grey Finish for an F1-Inspired Shed

Our team at Epoxy Flooring Adelaide was thrilled to take on this 75m² epoxy flooring project in Edwardstown, South Australia, designed to bring our client’s dream of an F1-style workshop to life. With a newly built shed featuring striking barn doors and high-end finishes, the goal was clear: to create a durable, flawless epoxy floor that would complement the space’s modern, industrial design.

Scope of Work

To deliver a durable, smooth, and long-lasting finish, our process included:

• Diamond grinding the entire surface to remove laitance and open the concrete pores for optimal epoxy adhesion.
• Repairing minor shrinkage cracks using epoxy mortar to create a level substrate.
• Applying a two-layer epoxy flooring system in the chosen Pipeline Grey colour for a high-gloss, seamless look.
• Finishing with a clear protective topcoat, formulated for UV and chemical resistance to protect against stains, wear, and fading.
